who deals with product/brochure distribution management.
A web-based application, in which the integrated
applications are available over the Internet and
intranet for various business activities concerned
to Brochure distribution. Various user levels testing
with different rights of modules to a specific user
have been performed in this application. The application
deals with the creation of products, grading of
outlets to whom the brochures are distributed, creation
of different jobs, consolidation and invoicing the
same. It has three other related applications for
distribution management, delivery management, order
management apart from the main application.
Distribution management is an application used by
the clients to place orders, check the reports and
stock status of brochures.
Order management system mainly accessed by outlets
(who receive the brochures) and through this application
they will be placing the request for receiving brochures.
Delivery management deals with the creation of loads
after consolidation, managing the load creation
and packaging in depots and assigning to the concerned
vehicles and distributing it to different regions.
